Websites Built to Generate Leads, Not Just Look Good

A pretty website that nobody finds and nobody calls is an expensive brochure. We build fast, mobile-first sites with the local SEO and conversion structure baked in from the first line of code.

Web Design & Development by Brand 513 Collective in Lebanon, Ohio

In short: Brand 513 Collective designs and builds custom websites for Southwest Ohio businesses, with local SEO, structured data, mobile-first layouts and lead-capture built in. We have built 60+ sites for contractors, restaurants, municipalities, retailers and service businesses across the region.

What we actually build

Every site we build starts with the same question: what does a visitor need to do, and what is stopping them? Then we build backward from that.

Service business sites — individual pages per service and per city you serve, because that is how people search and how search engines rank.
Restaurant and retail sites — menus, hours, ordering links and directions above the fold.
E-commerce and booking — when you need to sell or schedule online.
Municipal and organization sites — accessible, well-organized and easy for staff to update.

Speed, mobile and accessibility are not optional

More than half of local searches happen on a phone, usually on cell data in a truck. If your site takes four seconds to load, most of those people are gone before they see your phone number.

We build lean — optimized images, minimal scripts, semantic HTML — and we test on real mobile connections. Sites are built to WCAG accessibility standards, which matters both legally and because roughly one in four adults has a disability that affects how they use the web.

Built for how people search now

Search has changed. People ask ChatGPT, Google's AI Overviews and Perplexity full questions, and those tools answer by pulling from sites structured to be quoted. That means clear question-and-answer content, proper schema markup, and unambiguous facts about who you are, where you are and what you do.

Every site we build ships with LocalBusiness and Service structured data, an XML sitemap, clean canonical URLs and content written to be extractable — not just crawlable. That is the difference between showing up on page one and being the answer.

FAQ

Web Design & Development — Questions We Get Asked

Straight answers to what people actually ask us.

How much does a website cost?

It depends entirely on scope. A focused site for a single-service local business is a very different project from a 40-page multi-service, multi-city site with booking. We quote on scope after a conversation about what you need the site to do — and we will tell you when you need less than you think you do. Call (513) 613-2531.

How long does it take to build a website?

Most small business sites take 4 to 8 weeks from kickoff to launch. The single biggest variable is how quickly we get content, photos and feedback from you — projects that stall almost always stall there, so we build a content checklist into the first week.

Do I own my website?

Yes. You own the domain, the content and the site. We will not hold your site hostage — if you ever want to move it or bring it in-house, we hand over everything.

Can you fix or take over an existing website?

Often, yes. Send us the URL and we will look at what platform it is on and whether it makes more sense to improve it or rebuild it. Sometimes the honest answer is that the existing site is fine and the real problem is SEO or Google Business Profile — we will tell you that too.

Do you offer hosting and maintenance?

Yes. We offer managed hosting, security updates, backups and content updates on a monthly plan, or you can host it yourself. Either is fine with us.
