Aerial Footage That Shows the Whole Story
Some things cannot be photographed from the ground. Acreage, roof work, a finished development, a full jobsite — aerial is the only angle that shows scale.
In short: Brand 513 Collective provides drone photography and aerial video for Southwest Ohio, including real estate and property footage, construction progress documentation, roof and facility inspection imagery, event coverage and aerial marketing content.
Where aerial makes the difference
Real estate and land — acreage, lot lines, proximity to roads and water. Listings with aerial imagery consistently outperform those without.
Construction progress — monthly aerials that document a build from ground-break to finish.
Roofing and facilities — high-resolution imagery without putting anyone on a ladder.
Landscaping and excavation — the only way to actually show a completed site.
Events and venues — festivals, tournaments and community events.
Marketing b-roll — the opening shot that makes a brand video look expensive.
Flown responsibly
Drone work over Southwest Ohio means being aware of controlled airspace, particularly near Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International, Lunken, Dayton International and Wright-Patterson. We check airspace, obtain authorizations where required, and do not fly where we should not.

FAQ
Drone Photography & Video — Questions We Get Asked
Straight answers to what people actually ask us.
Can you fly anywhere in Southwest Ohio?
Most locations, yes. Areas inside controlled airspace near Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International, Lunken Field, Dayton International and Wright-Patterson require authorization, which we handle in advance. Some locations near airports or restricted areas simply cannot be flown — we will check your address before you book.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We reschedule. Drone work needs reasonable wind and no precipitation, and rushing it produces footage nobody wants to use. We watch the forecast and will move a shoot rather than deliver something mediocre.
Can drone footage be combined with ground video?
Yes, and it should be. The strongest brand videos open with an aerial for scale and then cut to ground-level detail. Since we shoot both, it is all one production.
