Screen print, embroidery or transfer
Screen print is the right answer for larger quantities of the same design on t-shirts — the per-shirt cost drops sharply above about 24 pieces.
Embroidery reads as more professional on polos, hats and jackets and never cracks or fades. It costs more per piece and does not handle fine detail or photographic artwork.
Heat transfer and DTF makes small runs and one-offs economical, and handles full-color designs that screen printing would price out of reach.

What is the minimum order for custom shirts?
With heat transfer and DTF there is effectively no minimum — we can do a single shirt. Screen printing has setup costs that make it uneconomical below roughly 12 to 24 pieces. Embroidery has a one-time digitizing fee for your logo, then no real minimum after that.
Can you put my logo on hats?
Yes. Hats are typically embroidered. Your logo gets digitized once — a one-time setup — and after that every reorder uses the same file at no extra setup cost.
How long does an apparel order take?
Plan on 2 to 3 weeks for most orders, depending on garment availability and decoration method. If you have a hard deadline — an event, a job start — tell us up front and we will work backward from it.
